Factory Audits (FA)

Factory Audits give you a clear understanding of your supplier by uncovering issues before order confirmation or production begins.

Social Compliance Audit (SA)

SA 8000 is one of the most widely implemented international standards for gauging the social compliance of organisations worldwide.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

Pre-shipment inspections (PSI) is the most common inspection that confirms the entire shipment quality level.

During Production Inspection (DPI)

During Product Inspections (DPI) are used to check your product early in its production to make sure they are conforming the agreed design and standards.

Loading Supervision (CLS)

Container loading is a critical step in the delivery of your goods. Even a good quality product, if it is loaded incorrectly, can have poor quality or even be unsalable when it arrives.

We only use international standard methods when inspecting your products or manufacturing facilities

All inspections use ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 (AQL) method, which is the international standard acceptable level of quality. This method is widely used to decide whether to accept a production order without checking every single item that was manufactured. This standard has equivalents in all international organisations such as ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, BS6001, ABC105, DIN 40080, ISO 2859 NFX 06-022.
