We offer inspections of your manufacturing facilities & productions
Quality control and management is always a worry for any company who are manufacturing products in another country. We build quality management plans for our clients to ensure they receive high quality products every time. We help our clients build their production processes and we supply both in-house and third-party inspection services to ensure that the product our client signs off on, is the product they receive. Our on-site inspector will constantly monitor the production, confirm schedules, supervise the factory’s internal quality control and send a detailed report to you every day if required.
If you need a new factory to be inspected or your productions to be inspected before shipment, our in-house team or inspection partners can manage every step for you.
With years of experience working as a manufacturing solutions provider, we can assist, consult or completely manage your inspection and quality control for you.
All inspections use ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 (AQL) method, which is the international standard acceptable level of quality. This method is widely used to decide whether to accept a production order without checking every single item that was manufactured. This standard has equivalents in all international organisations such as ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, BS6001, ABC105, DIN 40080, ISO 2859 NFX 06-022.
We help our partners inspect factories to ensure that your factory has the correct experience and social guidelines in place. We provide factory inspections and can manage the manufacturing process with the factory from start to finish to ensure that the products sourced are being manufactured with the quality you expect.

Factory Audits can uncover problems before production or order confirmation. You can have a clear understanding of the supplier’s capabilities, quality control system, management and operating procedures. This enables you to select a qualified supplier with confidence.
Generally, we focus on the following aspects during a Factory Audit:
SA 8000 is one of the most widely implemented international standards for gauging the social compliance of organisations worldwide. Developed by Social Accountability International (SAI), this standard provides a framework for an independent assessment of social accountability by a third-party certification body, as in the cases of ISO 9000 for quality management and ISO 14000 for environmental management.
During Product Inspections (DPI) are used to check the product early on in production and make sure that they conform to the client’s standards. As production progresses these defects can be addressed so that the defect rate for the rest of production is lowered.
The below sections and points are covered in a DPI Inspection:
We can arrange for an inspector to stay at the factory throughout your productions for weeks or even months. While onsite our inspector will constantly monitor the production, confirm schedule, supervise the factory’s internal quality control, conduct random inspections of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products and send a detailed report to you every day.
The below sections and points are covered during Production Monitoring Inspection:
Container loading is a critical step in the delivery of your goods. Even a good quality product, if it is loaded incorrectly, can be poor quality or even unsalable when it arrives. You could also end up with another customer’s products, incorrect quantities, wet goods/gift boxes or a wide variety of other defects directly related to poor loading conditions.
